Access
To view additional detail for a specific line item displayed In the View a Customer's Open Transaction Line Details inquiry, double-click on a line item in the grid. The window displays the following for the selected product:
Product Code,
Vendor,
Vendor Model Code,
Description, and
Acknowledgement.
