Review Radio Frequency Transfer Receiving Phantom

Use this routine to start the RF Transfer Receiving Phantom manually and also view information about the pending transactions while they are being processed by this phantom. Upon entering this screen, the grid is populated with information for all locations. You may use the fields in the Transfer Selection then click the Refresh button to repopulate the grid.

Transfer receiving transactions may be left as pending (i.e., displayed in this grid) for a few reasons: 1) there is an issue with the transfer, which is displayed in the Pending Reason column of the grid; 2) the Phantom Status is either inactive or suspended; 3) the phantom is active, but has not yet processed the transaction.

The RF Transfer Receiving Phantom can be found in the Phantom Process Settings and administered in the Administer Phantom Processes. The general status of this phantom is located in View Phantom Processes.

Phantom Information

A view-only total number of pending transfer receiving transactions for all warehouses displays here.

The view-only status of the phantom displays here.

Active - The phantom is currently running.

Inactive - The phantom is not currently running.

Suspended - The phantom has been manually suspended and will not start automatically when merchandise is scanned in the Update RF Transfer Receiving process. If the phantom is suspended, it can be restarted through the Administer Phantom Processes screen.

Click this button to start the RF Transfer Receiving Phantom. This phantom attempts to process all pending transactions for all warehouses. This phantom can only start if it is not currently running or suspended.

Transfer Selection

View the pending transfers from the selected the location once the Refresh button is clicked. You may use the drop down menu to select a single location or click the calendar icon to use the Multiple Location Selection Window to select multiple locations. The default is All Locations.

Click this button to view all pending transfers for the locations selected in From Location and To Location. This button may be invoked at any time; the grid is cleared then repopulated based on the selections made in From Location and To Location.

View all pending transfers associated with the locations selected in From Location and To Location. This grid may be refreshed at any time by selecting the location criteria then clicking the Refresh button, where the grid is cleared then repopulated.

Transfer - The transfer number of the transfer receiving transaction currently pending.

Line Ref - The line reference of the transfer.

Quantity - The quantity received.

Details - Click the associated Details button to view the transfer via a read-only version of View an Existing Sales Order.

Remove - Click the associated Remove button to remove this pending transaction from the transfer.

Scanned - The time the transaction was scanned. The time displays in military/24 hour format (e.g., 7:55am is 07:55; 1:15pm is 13:15).

From - The location sending the merchandise.

To - The location receiving the merchandise.

Pending Reason - If there is an issue with the transfer, the reason displays here. Pending transactions should have a reason unless the RF Transfer Receiving Phantom has a status of Inactive or Suspended.

Scheduled Date - The date on the manifest.

Truck/Route - The truck/route number from the manifest.

Linked Document - The document, if any, associated with this transfer.

Last Attempt - The last time an update was attempted.
