Product Configurator Control Settings

System Administration > System Settings > Merchandising and Distribution System Settings > Product Configurator Control Settings

Use this routine to determine which format is used when generating the configured vendor model contained in the order line, purchase order line, and inventory piece.

Click the Arrow to select one of the following options to determine the configured vendor model format:

Code (e.g. PROD1 SIZE:M123;COLOR:B5;FAB:L )
Description (e.g. PROD1 Size:Medium;Color:Blue;Fabric:Velour )
Concatenate Codes (e.g. PROD1 M123B5L7)

STORIS recommends that you do not use colons (:) and/or semi-colons (;) in the description when building option types, options and fabrics, as this may cause confusion when viewing the configured vendor model.
