Order Line Import Control Settings

Use this routine to attach STORIS vendor codes to vendor catalog numbers for products configured by the Micro*D PreVue EasyOrder Configurator.

You must obtain a license to use the PreVue Interface companion application. Also, in order to use the EasyOrder Configurator, you must first have it installed on your system. Contact your STORIS representative for more information.

If you purchased the Flexsteel interface companion application, you can use this routine to indicate a catalog code that is used to obtain the proper vendor code for Flexsteel. The import process validates that the vendor code exists within the STORIS system. It is used when new product records are created as well as being assigned to the order line items added. The only information required for Flexsteel is the Catalog Number and Vendor.

Catalog NumberEnter the PreVue or Flexsteel catalog number.

VendorEnter the STORIS vendor number.

NameEnter the catalog name for the item used in the PreVue database. This field is not required by Flexsteel.

EasyOrder Markup Factors

Base MarkupEnter the base markup factor (if any) you want to use to set retail pricing for this item. Enter a number between 1 and 9.999999. This field is not required for Flexsteel.

Option MarkupEnter the option markup factor (if any) you want to use to set retail pricing for this item. Enter a number between 1 and 9.999999. This field is not required for Flexsteel.

The two "markup" fields allow you to maintain markup information globally, without having to update every workstation when making a change. These prompts also allow you to establish different markup factors for each catalog.
