Use this routine to enter or edit the path from STORIS to your third-party accounting package (TPA). If multi-company processing is active in STORIS, you can specify a path from each company in your system.
To create a database path, enter into the Company field the code for the company you want to associate with your TPA package. To see a list of valid company codes, click on the Search button. After you specify a company code, enter the path to your TPA package into the QBDB Location field. If you do not enter a valid path, an error message appears when you try to exit the field.
Any existing database paths appear in the grid along with their associated company. To edit a path in the grid, you have the following options:
Double-click on the item. The path appears in the QBDB Location field where you can edit the contents.
Enter the company code for the line item you want to edit, then press <Enter>. The path appears in the QBDB Location field where you can edit the contents.
Click on the Search button next to the Company field and select the company code for the line item you want to edit. The path appears in the QBDB Location field where you can edit the contents.
The buttons to the right of the screen perform the following functions:
Add - updates the grid with your entry
Clear - clears the contents of the field
Remove - clears the contents of the field and removes the path from the grid (that is, if a path for the selected company existed previously in the grid)
