Select this option to create a new user group and automatically duplicate the data from the existing user group into the new user group.
Access the user group record you want to clone so it appears on the screen in Create a User Group. Click on the Actions button on the General tab of Create a User Group and select Clone Info for New Product from the Actions options. The User Group Clone Process screen appears.
After you specify a user group ID in the New User Group ID field, the system creates a new user group record and displays it on the screen. The new user group's field data is a duplicate of the “original” user group's data. You can then modify data in the new group record as desired.
