Use this routine to indicate the jurisdiction(s), the specific insurance acceptance form mandated by that authority, the appropriate insurance underwriter for that jurisdiction, and to maintain the rate table settings.
You must indicate at least one jurisdiction in which the insurance is available. Only insurance codes associated with a location are available for selection at the Insurance field during entry. You can also use these fields to indicate that insurance is NOT available in certain locations.
Each time you specify a jurisdiction and settings for that jurisdiction, click the Add (Plus) button to update the grid.
