Use this routine to maintain a list of survey questions you can ask your customers regarding the quality of their deliveries. You create the questions in advance, and you cannot edit individual questions once you create them. In this way, you establish continuity in your surveys.
Delivery Survey Settings - create and update your list of customer delivery survey questions.
Delivery Survey Screen - select the orders for which you want to conduct delivery surveys.
Delivery Survey Customer Information Screen - confirm all information on a selected order is accurate before accessing the Survey Questions Screen to conduct the survey.
Survey Questions Screen - enter customer responses to survey questions.
