In the Maintain a Customer's Own Goods (COG) Order routine, double-click on a grid item and select More from the menu that appears.
Use this screen to view service order comments for the selected line item entered in Service Order Entry via the Problem Code and Text option (available from the Actions button on the Merchandise tab).
