Reason for Voiding Transaction Screen

Use this routine to specify the reason you are voiding the current transaction.  

ReasonEnter the code of the reason why you are voiding the current transaction. If you click on the Search button, a list of reasons appears from which you can choose. Note that the list excludes reason codes to which a usage code has been applied.

DescriptionEnter a description of the reason why you are voiding the current transaction. This is not a required field.
