Report Items with High Average Service Days

(Service Status Alert Report)

Access

This report shows the number of days a service line has been in a particular status compared to the Average Numbers of Days setting in the Status Code Settings (Service Status) file . The report calculates the difference to show service lines that may need attention. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
