Report Service Orders with Service Dates in Jeopardy
(Service Broken Promises Report)
Access
This report lists service orders, by vendor, for
which parts will not be available by the scheduled service date indicated
on the orders. You can run the report for specific vendors, service
locations, and/or service routes. Once the run-time options have been
selected, choose Run to produce
the report.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers
and locations to which you have access.
For sales orders, use the Report Sales
Orders with Delivery Dates in Jeopardy routine.

Service RouteThis field
is used to indicate the service route or routes to be included in this
report. One, multiple, or all service routes may be selected. To report
on a single service route, select a specific route code from the drop-down
list. To create a specific list of service routes for this report, use
the Route Entry screen, available
from the Action button. To report
on all service routes, leave the field blank.
Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
