Report Physical Inventory Update Audit Trail
(Physical Update Audit Report)
Access
This report details all changes that occurred during
the last physical inventory process for a given warehouse. You can use
this report to review the inventory costs the system posted to GL. You
can run the report for one or more warehouse locations. Selection also
includes the calculation type and the option to print a GL recap report.
Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run
to produce the report.
To access this routine, you must have security clearance via the
View and access product cost information
field in the Extended
Security settings.
Warehouse LocationUse this to indicate the
warehouse or warehouses to include in this report. One, multiple, or All
warehouse locations may be selected. To report on a single location, select
a specific warehouse location code at this field. To report on All Stores,
select All. To report on multiple
warehouses, use the Multiple Location
Selection screen (available from the Action
button) to select the warehouse locations for this report.
Calculation TypeSelect
Saleable to print data for only
saleable inventory. Select As Is
to print data for only As Is inventory. Select Total
to print data for both saleable and As Is inventory.
Print GL RecapSelect
this option to print a GL Recap report in addition to the audit report.
Costs on the recap report are based on exact cost.
Send Output toThe output
destination of the report displays. To change the output destination,
click on the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
