Report Orders Completed via a Remote Process
Access
Use this routine to list orders processed by the
Remote
Order Completion feature. The report lists
- failed the validation test or
- were not delivered.
If using the Remote Order Completion feature, we
recommend you run this report daily. Once you select your run-time options,
choose Run to produce the report.
Line item comments display only on the first instance of the line
number.
LocationEnter the code of the location
for which to run this report. If you click on the Arrow, a list of locations
appears from which you can choose.
Completion DateEnter
the completion date of the orders you want to include in the report. If
you click on the Calendar
Icon, a calendar appears which you can use to specify a date.
RouteEnter
the code of the route for which to run this report. If you click on the
Arrow, a list of routes appears from which you can choose. If you click
on the Action button, the Multiple
Route Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more
routes. Note that if the selected location is set to use route
mapping interface, this field is inactive.
TruckEnter
the code of the truck for which to run this report. If you click on the
Action button, the Multiple
Truck Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more
trucks. Note that this field is active only if the selected location is
set to use route
mapping interface.
Exceptions OnlyTo restrict
the report to orders not processed and/or with lines not delivered, check
the box at this field. To list all orders within the selection criteria,
leave the field blank.
Send Output toThe output
destination of the report displays. To change the output destination,
click on the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
