Report End of Year GL Adjustments

Use this routine to print end-of-year-adjustment journal entries for a specified company and fiscal year. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

Company

Fiscal YearSelect the fiscal year for which you want to generate the report.  If you click on the Arrow, a list of fiscal years appears, both open and closed, for which a period table exists.  The default is the current fiscal year.

Summary OnlyCheck this option to print a single line for each account. If not checked, each posting to each account is listed.

Primary Sort, Secondary Sort, Tertiary SortUse these fields to determine the sorting sequence of the resulting report.  You can select any combination of GL account class, GL account sub-class, GL account group, and GL account for sorting and subtotals, however, the program always sorts in this order. For example, if you choose GL account group, as your primary sort, GL account class and GL account sub-class are not available for secondary or tertiary sorts.

Note that the final sort is always by account number, and the account sort is always by root account, sub-account, and cost center.  

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
