Report Bar Code Physical Inventory Progress
(Physical Inventory Progress Report)
Access
Use this report for both Batch and Radio Frequency
Barcode. This is an optional report that is used to verify the progress
of any cycle count being done. The report can be based on either the Batch
number or the Storage Location. If running the report by storage
location, the report indicates the status of the cycle count. Once the
report criteria have been selected, click Run
to produce the report.
Important! If
Bar Code is active at a location, STORIS does not recommend building and
using only one storage location to track all inventory at that store/warehouse.
In addition, no more than 1000 pieces should exist in one storage location.
Running reports and uploading scanner data can be drastically affected
by the number of items in a single storage location.
LocationEnter
the warehouse number that was set up for the cycle count. Click the arrow
to the right of the entry box to select from a drop-down list of valid
warehouse locations. Once a location has been specified, physical inventories
will list in the grid.
Select BySelect
the Batch option and then double-click
a physical inventory line in the grid to report on the batches within
that physical inventory. Select the Storage
Location option and then double-click a line in the grid to review
the status of the storage locations assigned to the batches within that
physical inventory. When using the Storage Location option, the storage
location status information will display in the grid and may also be printed.
Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
