Report Product Availability

(Main Warehouse Availability)

Access

This report shows Stock Availability, by product, at the Main Warehouse. The report also displays:

• Product Description

• Vendor Model Number

• Available @ Warehouse

• Delivery Date *

• Net Purchase Order *

• Selling Price

• Sale Price

* These columns indicate the date and quantity of the next purchase order being delivered.

Selection is by Product Category and/or by Collection. Options are available to include Special Order and Obsolete Products. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

The run-time options for this report are:

CategoryThis field is used to indicate the category or categories to be included in this report. One, multiple, or All categories may be selected. To report on a single category select a specific category code at this field. To report on All Categories, leave this field blank. To report on multiple categories, use the Multiple Product Category Selection screen (available from Actions) to select the categories for this report.   

CollectionThis field is used to indicate the product collection or collections to be included in this report. One, multiple, or All collections may be selected. To report on a single product collection, select a specific collection number at this field. To report on All Collections, leave this field blank. To report on multiple collections, use the Multiple Collection Selection screen (available from Actions) to select the collections for this report.

Include Special Order ProductsSelect this option to include special order products on this report.

Inventory TypeSelect the type of inventory to be reported. Select All Inventory for both retail and service parts products; select Retail Inventory to report on retail products only; select Parts Inventory to report on service parts products only.

Include Obsolete ProductsSelect None to exclude products designated Dropped or Discontinued, via the Obsolete Status field of the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record , from this report. Select Discontinued to include only products designated Discontinued on this report. Select Dropped to include only products designated Dropped on this report. Select Both to include obsolete products designated Dropped or Discontinued on this report.

Include Comment LinesSelect this option to include product comment lines in this report.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
