Report Barcode Receivings
(Barcode Warehouse Receipts)
Access
Use this report when receiving, using the Batch
or Radio Frequency Barcode receiving methods. Although this report is
similar to the standard Warehouse Receipts report, this report will add
and sort based on the batch number and date. Once the report criteria
have been selected, click Run to
produce the report.
The run-time options
for this report are:
Receiving WarehouseEnter
the warehouse number where the Purchase Order was received. You may click
the arrow to the right of the field to select a location from the drop-down
list, or click the Action button
to the right of the entry field and select multiple locations to report
on using the Multiple Location Selection
window.
Receipt Batch NumberEnter
the receiving batch number to report on, leave the field blank for all
batches, or click the Action button
to the right of the entry field and select multiple batches to report
on using the Multiple Barcode Batches
window.
Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
