Use this program to print labels and hang tags for floor items. You can print floor tags for some or all of the line items on the purchase order, and you can specify a quantity to print for each line item. The screen provides direct access to the Quantity and Serial Number Review screen, where you can assign the reference/serial numbers to special-order and serial-tracked pieces required to generate bar code tags.
If you select POS Inventory Hang Tag at the Label Type field and
the purchase order has not been received, the print quantity defaults
to zero and you cannot edit it. This is because, for special order and
serial-tracked products, the serial/reference number that prints on the
label via this process could be different from the number that prints
when the actual item received into inventory.
Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run
to generate the PO floor tags.
