This screen appears via the order-entry processes when the system cannot find a cost for the selected product, for example if the original invoice for an exchange is not known and the product is a special-order product A product whose characteristics you can modify such as color or fabric. STORIS lists these custom options in descriptions for special-order products, allowing you to identify individual products based on their unique characteristics..
