Use this routine to view a summary of RF picking statuses and current volume levels for deliveries and/or transfers on a manifest. The option to print the grid information displayed on this screen is available from the Actions button.
Use this mandatory field to select the location for the delivery or transfer manifest. Your login location defaults in this field, but you can click the Arrow button and select another location from a list of available locations. The location description is displayed to the right of the prompt.
Click the calendar icon at this mandatory field to select the scheduled date of the manifest.
Use this mandatory field to indicate the type of manifest you want to view. Click the Arrow button and select Deliveries or Transfers. If your delivery manifests include transfers and you select Deliveries at this field, those transfers are included in the grid display.
This field is optional. To limit the data displayed in the grid to a specific truck or route, enter the truck/route code here. Otherwise, the grid displays information for all trucks/routes on the manifest.
Use this optional field to enter a numeric truck capacity to be used in the calculation of the Capacity percent shown in the grid.
If you check the box at this optional field, the grid displays each destination location for the truck/route on the transfer manifest or delivery manifest containing transfers. If you leave the box blank, the Location column in the grid displays an ellipsis, indicating the presence of multiple locations.
The grid displays the following information for the manifest.
Truck/Route - The route/truck assigned to the manifest is displayed.
Location - This column displays the destination location of the manifest and is only applicable for transfer manifests and delivery manifests containing transfers. When trucks/routes are going to multiple locations, this column displays an ellipsis (...) if the Display Location Details box is not checked. If the box is checked, the column displays all destination locations for each transfer.
Total - This column displays the total volume of the orders/transfers on the manifest.
Capacity % - If you entered a Trailer Capacity, this column calculates and displays the capacity percentage (for the manifest) by dividing the Total volume by the Trailer Capacity.
Prep - The volume of orders/transfers in PREP status is displayed.
Prep % - The percentage of the total volume in PREP status is displayed. To calculate this percentage, the Prep column is divided by the Total column.
Staged - The volume of orders/transfers in STAGE status is displayed.
Staged % - The percentage of the total volume in STAGE status is displayed. To calculate this percentage, the Stage column is divided by the Total column.
Loaded - The volume of orders/transfers in LOAD status is displayed.
Loaded % - The percentage of the total volume in LOAD status is displayed. To calculate this percentage, the Load column is divided by the Total column.
Report Trailer Volume Capacity Levels - Select this option to print the information shown in the grid. The Output Settings window appears, from which you can select Screen, Printer, or Excel Report. Click here to see a sample of the report.
