Stop Detail Screen

When you add an order to a manifest using the Build a Delivery/Transfer Manifest routine, you use this screen to edit individual documents (that is, stops) by selecting a document in the grid.  

You can edit some of the items in the header area as well as the delivery/transfer quantity. When you increase the delivery/transfer quantity and a Hold quantity exists, a message appears asking if you want to use the Hold quantity. The Hold quantity may or may not be reserved.  

Note that for multiple delivery/transfer dates, the program allows you to increase the delivery/transfer quantity only up to the unscheduled quantity for the line.  The delivery/transfer quantity updates to reflect your changes.

Stop TimeEnter the scheduled stop time (HH:MM) for this transfer/delivery.

ProductDouble-click a product line in the grid to activate the quantity field. When you click on Add, the Inventory Selection Screen appears in which you can specify a new storage location or select a piece/reference number.

QuantityA product line must be selected from the grid to access this field. Indicate the scheduled delivery/transfer quantity of the item. You cannot exceed the ordered quantity.
