The grid displays the list of products and their linked order numbers. To change an item to As-Is A status of inventory. Most inventory is considered "regular" inventory. As-is inventory includes everything other than regular inventory, including floor samples, damaged and clearance items, etc. or NIL Not in location - used in physical inventory processes to indicate that item is not in the expected location, select a product by double-clicking the line in the grid.  

Following selection of As-Is or NIL at the Action field, click the Save button on this screen. The system prompts

Product XXX; reference NN; will be changed to NIL/As-Is. Are you sure?

If the piece is a stock product An inventory product that is not flagged as special-order. and additional available quantity exists, the system automatically removes that piece and adds the new one. If no additional quantity exists or the piece is a special-order product A product whose characteristics you can modify such as color or fabric. STORIS lists these custom options in descriptions for special-order products, allowing you to identify individual products based on their unique characteristics., the status changes to As-Is and the location changes to RESEARCH.

Store/RouteThe store or route code displays for the selected route/truck.

Order TypeThe order type displays for the selected route/truck.

Order NumberThis field displays for the product line selected.

Serial/ReferenceThis field displays for the product line selected.

QuantityThis field displays for the product line selected.

ActionOnce the product line has been selected, this field is available. To change the status of the piece, select either As-Is A status of inventory. Most inventory is considered "regular" inventory.
