Label ProductsSelect a label product, for example AOne or Avery. If you click on the Arrow, a list of label products appears from which you can choose. Use this feature to design your own label forms. The New Label Wizard also includes a list of existing label forms from leading label companies that you can use as-is or modify to your specifications. You can use the label print forms you create here in any of the following label print programs:
To access the New Label Wizard from the Form Management window in the Forms Designer, select Design Label Forms in the left pane, then click New Label Wizard, also in the left pane. The Label Wizard screen appears.
First, the Choose the Label Style screen appears. You have the following options:
Multi Column/Letter Size
Single Column/Scrolling Paper - use for Zebra printers.
Next, select a label form type, for example Hangtag, then enter a description to identify the form among others of the same label form type. The Label Information screen appears, from which you select a pre-defined label form.
Use the following prompts to select a pre-defined label form, if any. You can use the label form you select as-is, or modify it to your specifications via the Customize screen.
Use this screen to customize the selected label from the Label Information screen. Use the Page Size field to specify your form dimensions. Then use any of the following fields to customize the label:
Label Width
Label Height
Vertical Pitch
Horizontal Pitch
Top Margin
Side Margin
To save your changes and return to the Forms Designer, click Finish.
