Delivery Truck Cell Phone Settings

Use this routine with the iCall feature to associate cell phone numbers with delivery trucks.  If a check appears in the box at the Announce Delivery Truck Cell Phone field in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings, then for each truck you specify here, iCall STORIS' automated customer contact feature. Use this feature to translate order statuses and delivery scheduling updates into automated telephone messages to your customers.. includes the associated cell phone number when making calls for delivery times.  In this way, the customer can contact the truck driver, if necessary.

Truck NumberEnter the number of the truck.  

DescriptionEnter a description of the truck. If you click on the Action button, the Description Field - Language Translation Entry screen appears which you can use to specify a description in an alternate language.

Call Phone NumberEnter the phone number of the delivery truck driver's cell phone.
