Credit Score Percentile Settings

Use this routine to maintain a table containing percentile data based on applicants' credit scores. The percentile data for both the primary and co applicant is available to be added to enhanced laser print forms, allowing you to be Dodd Frank compliant and print this information on credit status letters. During the printing of the credit status letters, the percentile data is captured based on where the credit score falls on this credit score percentile table.

Use this required field to indicate the maximum credit score for which you are entering a corresponding rank % in the next field.

Use this required field to enter the rank percentage, in whole numbers, that corresponds to the maximum score you entered.

Once you have entered the maximum score and rank %, click the Add button to update the grid. The minimum score is automatically generated for each row by adding one to the previous maximum score.

The grid displays the Minimum and Maximum Scores and their corresponding Ranks Higher Than 'X' %.
When you add a maximum score and "ranks higher than %" to the grid, the minimum score is automatically generated by adding one to the previous maximum score. The default minimum score for row one is zero.
You can edit the grid to change the Ranks Higher Than 'X' %.
You cannot change the minimum or maximum scores in the grid, but you can delete a line and re-enter the correct information. Click the Remove button to delete a line from the grid.
