Attachment DescriptionEnter a description of the attachment and click on Save. You return to the main screen. The paper clip icon is now active (if it wasn't already active), and a copy of the file is now attached to the record on the screen.Use this screen to enter a description of the file you are currently attaching to a STORIS record. The File Attach procedure creates a copy of the file you select for attachment and attaches the copy to the selected record. Thus, the name you enter describes the attached file and not the original file.
