Download Report

This window appears when you click the Download Archived Reports button on the Review Archived Reports screen. Use this routine to download selected reports to your workstation. The screen displays the default export path, allows you to specify a folder to be used to store the downloaded reports, and allows you to select the file format in which the downloaded reports are to be saved.

The default export path is displayed here and cannot be edited.

You can use this optional field to specify the folder where the downloaded reports are to be stored. If you leave this field blank, the reports are saved in the location indicated in the Path field. If you indicate a relative path by entering a folder name, the folder you enter along with the default path are used. If you indicate a folder name here and it does not already exist, a prompt appears asking if you want to create the folder. Answer Yes to create the folder within the default Path. Answer No to cancel the download. If you indicate an absolute path in this folder, that absolute path is used. (For example, c:\Users\abn\Documents\Some Other Folder Entirely). If you indicate a path that contains characters that are illegal in a Windows folder, a message is displayed warning that those characters cannot be used.

Click the Arrow button and select the format to be used when downloading the reports. You have the following options.

Portable Document Format (*.pdf)
Text (Tab Delimited Values) (*.txt)
Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)

The selected archived reports are saved in the specified format when you click on the Run button. The default filename consists of the report’s program name, the date this report was archived, and the time this report was archived.
