Storage Location Bin to Bin Transfer/As-Is Transfer

Use this screen to enter the serial/reference number and the "to" storage location for each piece being transferred via the Enter a Stock Adjustment routine.  

Bin-To-Bin Transfers

If you check the Select Pieces field on the Bin to Bin tab in the Enter a Stock Adjustment routine, after you enter a quantity and then click on Save, this screen appears.  Use this screen to select a piece by serial/reference number as well as the destination for the transfer. Once you specify a valid serial/reference number for a piece, the From Storage Location field displays the specific storage location of the transfer piece.  

As-Is Transfers

After you enter the Adjustment Quantity and Receiving Location, and click Save, this screen appears. Use this screen to select the specific piece by serial/reference number and the destination location for each piece you are transferring. Once you specify a valid serial/reference number for a piece, the From Storage Location field displays the specific storage location of the transfer piece.

Serial/Reference Number

To Storage LocationEnter the specific storage location to which the piece is being transferred.

Note that this field is not active for non-location-tracked and invisible locations.

Once you specify the To Storage Location, click the Add button to update the grid. Continue entering serial/reference numbers and "to" storage locations for each piece being transferred, and then click OK to update the entries.
