Use this routine to view iCall jobs for a selected iCall server.
iCall Server NameIf using
multiple
iCall servers, enter the name of the iCall STORIS' automated customer contact feature. Use this feature to translate order statuses and delivery scheduling updates into automated telephone messages to your customers..
server for which you want to monitor voice jobs. If not using multiple
iCall servers, this field is inactive.
If using multiple iCall servers, when you click on the Arrow, a list of
existing iCall servers appears from which you can choose.
Enter the method by which to sort the iCall jobs in the grid. You have the following options:
Sequence - sequential job number
Customer - customer number
Status - call status, for example "No answer"
The grid includes the following columns:
Job
Call Type
Order
Customer
Scheduled
Status - call status, for example "No answer".
Priority - specified on the Settings tab in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings
