Edit Assignment Screen
Access
Use this routine to edit any existing assignment data for the selected Up salesperson.
If a field on this screen has no existing data, you cannot edit the field.
To edit assignments in the Up System, you must have clearance via the Up System Administrator field on the Security tab in the User file.
Reason for AssignmentEnter a reason for the assignment. If you click on the Arrow, a list of actions appears from which you can choose.
Customer DescriptionEnter a description of the customer to distinguish the customer from other customers in the store.
Did They Purchase or Why They Did Not PurchaseClick on the Arrow to select a response to this prompt.
Order NumberIf you completed an order or applied a deposit to an order, enter the order number.
