Client Services Web Access You can log support cases via the World Wide Web. In fact, we recommend this method if you have access to the Internet. You must first register via an automated process that is initiated by an email. You will receive this email once we build your client record in our database. There is no cost for this service. You will be asked to electronically sign the Online Access Agreement at the time of registration. Once you register, you can visit us at http://support.storis.com and click on the link from the Customer Service Web-site labeled “Help Line”. Cases logged in this manner enter our system in real time, which means there is no delay in the assignment of these calls to an engineer. In addition, you can maintain users without the assistance of STORIS. From the main page of our Customer Service Web-site, simply click on the User Maintenance link under the Administration section. Note that if you forget your User ID or password, you can have it emailed to you by clicking on the, I forgot my User ID and/or Password link from the Customer Log-in page. Many of our clients find this site to be an extremely useful tool to help them track Help Line issues and monitor our performance. Give it a try! |
