Use this process to create and maintain the RF User AWM Function codes that you assign to RF users. This file contains both user-defined Functions and STORIS-Reserved Functions.

If using this process to access a STORIS-reserved A line-item status indicating the system was able to find and allocate inventory to the line item. function code, only the description and sort priority can be changed; STORIS reserved function codes cannot be deleted by the user.   

RF User FunctionEnter the code of the function to be created or changed. You can click the Search button to select from a list of existing RF User Function codes.

DescriptionEnter a text description for this function code.

Sort PriorityThis is an optional field that can be used to determine the sort sequence of the RF functions on reports and inquiries. Valid entry in this field is a numeric value from 1-9. This field is NOT related to the Priority field on the AWM Scheduling screen.

ReservedThis field is a display-only field. Records that were created by STORIS are Reserved (box is checked), indicating that they cannot be deleted via this process. Any records that are added to the file by the user are not considered Reserved.

Times per Day

When entry in these fields is complete, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to update the record.
