The Warehouse, Batch Number, and Operator display for the selected batch.
Status
Use this tab to complete and update the cycle count.
Location, Saved, Scand, Init, UpdatedThe grid displays only those storage locations that were scanned or manually zeroed out. Once the cycle count is updated, the grid displays the initials of the user and date that it was updated.
Update BatchSelect this field when you are ready to update the cycle count taken.
Locations
Review this tab to identify any locations not scanned.
Locations with No Scanned QuantityThis grid displays the Storage Location, Saved, and Scand columns for only locations that were not scanned.
Storage LocationThis column displays the storage location only if it was not scanned.
SavedThis column displays the total quantity of product that was frozen and not scanned.
ScandThis is the quantity of product that has been scanned. In order to update this column with a zero, double-click the storage location line in the grid. The system displays a prompt asking if the quantity should be changed to zero.
To update the batch, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
