Use this inquiry to view items that are currently in a prep status. This inquiry displays detail information in reference to the product, order type, and label number.
The output of this inquiry may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.
Warehouse/StoreEnter the code of the location for which you want to view to all items in a picking prep status. The default location from the log-in screen appears, if any. You can override the default response.
If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you. Note that here and at any other Location field , the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.
DocumentThis field is used as a filter. Enter the order number to view only the products in prep for that order.
ProductEnter the code of the product you want to view. If you click on the Search button, you access the Search for a Product, from where you can create a list of products to view.
Storage LocationThis field is used as a filter. Enter the Prep storage location you wish to view.
Date CodeClick the arrow to the right of the entry field to select a date code from the drop-down list. Select CUS if a custom date will be entered at the Scheduled Date field; select PAST to list orders that are past the scheduled delivery date; select TDAY to use today's date at the Scheduled Date field; select TMRW to use tomorrow's date at the Scheduled Date field; or select YDAY to use yesterday's date at the Scheduled Date field.
Scheduled DateThis field is used to indicate the scheduled date of the delivery, and will be used to select the prep items to be listed. If CUS was selected at the Date Code field, a date will need to be entered at this field. If PAST was selected at the Date Code field, no scheduled date will be entered here. If TDAY, TMRW, or YDAY was selected, a date will automatically be filled in at this field.
Picking TypeThis field is used to indicate the type of order to view. Not all types will be set to go to Prep. Select All, Warehouse Transfer, Delivery, or Customer Pickup.
Use the Refresh Data Display option, available from the Actions button at the bottom of the screen, to update the display (following changes in the selections) without exiting the screen.
