To select a date code from the drop-down list, click the Arrow to the right of the entry field. You have the following options:

• CUS - activates the Scheduled Date field where you can enter a custom date.

• PAST - lists routes/trucks that are past the scheduled delivery date.

• TDAY - inserts today's date into the Scheduled Date field.

• TMRW - inserts tomorrow's date into the Scheduled Date field.

• YDAY - inserts yesterday's date into the Scheduled Date field.

• ALL - lists all routes/trucks regardless of the scheduled delivery date.

Use this field to indicate the scheduled date of the delivery, and also to select the products you want to adjust.

If you select

• CUS at the Date Code field, enter a date at this field or click on the Calendar Icon to select a date from the calendar that appears.  

• PAST at the Date Code field, no scheduled date appears here.

• TDAY, TMRW, or YDAY at the Date field, a date automatically appears in this field

Indicate the type of orders in Picking you want to view. You have the following options:

• All - view all types

• Deliveries - view delivery orders only

• Transfers - view transfers only

• Pickups - view customer pickup orders only

Indicate the current phase of the picking process.  You have the following options:

• All - view all picking statuses for the selected route

• Pick - view only the routes that have items in a pick status

• Interim - view only routes/trucks with an interim quantity

• Prep - view only the routes that have items in a pack status

• Stage - view only the routes that have items in a stage status

To combine transfers for a single delivery date and route/truck into a single line regardless of the destination location of the transfer, check the box at the this field. If you leave this field blank, the process separates all transfers by date, route/truck, and destination location.  

If you double-click on a consolidated line, the Barcode Pick Review screen populates with all the orders and transfers for the selected line.  

 The process bases details reported for Route/Truck on when you add an order/transfer to picking, not to a manifest.  If you add an order/transfer to picking before you add it to a manifest, the consolidation of orders/transfers may not reflect the truck or route to which the order/transfer is actually assigned in the picking process.

The grid displays routes/trucks for which one or more items have entered the picking process. The following displays for each route/truck listed:

• Route/Truck - code of route/truck assigned to order being picked

• Type - transaction type (pickup, transfer, delivery, etc.) for which pieces are being picked

• Pick Qty - number of pieces in pick status

• Interim Qty - number of pieces in interim status

• Prep Qty - number of pieces in prep status

• Stage Qty - number of pieces in stage status

• Loaded Qty - number of pieces in load status

• Refresh Screen - updates the display (following changes in the selections) without exiting the screen.
