To continue with this order, enter a valid user ID and password. Once you enter a valid user ID and password, your user credentials override the log-on user's credentials for the current order so that your security settings and location restrictions (if any) apply. The Order Comments Log makes a record of your edits.
Once you save the order, the log-on user's credentials again take precedence in the system. However, the system records all your edits, and if you attempt to access the order again, this screen will appear again.
This screen appears only if the Verify User ID During Entry field is active for the current order type. For example, if entering a service order and this screen appears, the Verify User ID During Entry field is active in the Service Control Settings.
