Override Time Clock Entry
(Time Clock Maintenance)
Access
Use this routine to edit user log-in and log-out data entered via the Access Time Clock routine.
If you enter only 2 digits for time and then press [Enter], the system assumes you mean to enter a time on-the-hour. That is, if you enter 09 and then press [Enter], the system interpolates the last two numbers (00) and enters a time 9:00 AM into the system.
User IDEnter the User ID code (from the User file) of the user whose time-clock entries you want to edit. If you click on the Search button, you can choose a code from the list that appears.
DateEnter the date on which the time-clock entries you want to edit occurred. You cannot enter a future edit. If you click on the Calendar Icon, a calendar appears from which you can select a date.
Time InEnter the log-in time in 24-hour format. You must enter 4 digits for every log-in time. You do not have to enter a colon (:) separating the hours and minutes. For example, to enter a log-in time of 8:34 AM, enter:
0834
Time OutEnter the log-out time in 24-hour format. You must enter 4 digits for every log-in time. You do not have to enter a colon (:) separating the hours and minutes. For example, to enter a log-out time of 6:10 PM, enter:
1810
