Change User Passwords

• System Administration > System Settings > System Permissions > Change User Passwords

Enter a unique password for the user specified at the User ID field. This field holds up to ten alphanumeric Consisting of both letter and number characters and often other symbol characters such as punctuation marks. characters.

If using complex passwords, the password entered here must conform to the following requirements. The password you enter  

• must contain a minimum of seven characters,

• must contain at least one number,

• must contain at least one letter,

• cannot be the same as any of the user's last four passwords,

• and cannot contain the user’s logon ID and/or name.  

Re-enter your new password. Since passwords are encrypted in the system, entering the password twice helps confirm accuracy.

If the response in Confirm New Password field matches the response in the New Password field, the system accepts your entry and you can begin using your new password immediately.
