Total Warning RemainingThis field displays the time remaining before the system begins the auto update process, based on the times specified at the three "warning" fields in the Automatic Update Settings. This screen appears during the manual and/or automatic updates process when the system detects users are still logged on to the system. Since all users must be logged off the system to download updates, STORIS provides this screen to indicate
the users still logged on,
their telephone extension (if any), and
the text of the message that appears on the screens of all those users.
The Schedule Electronic Updates screen provides three fields you can use to send out three warning messages, one after another. The first message appears if, after starting the auto update procedure, the system finds users still logged. The second and third messages appear after you click Run in this routine .
To cancel the automatic updates procedure at any time, click Cancel.
