Customer Alert Code Settings

Use this routine to create and/or edit customer alert codes.

 The following codes are used by the Bad-Debt Charge-Off process and are not available for deletion:

    - CO (charged off)

    - NA (non-accrual)

Customer Alert CodeEnter the alert code you want to enter or edit.  If you click on the Search button, a list of codes appears from which you can choose.

DescriptionEnter a description of the alert code.

Non-AccrualIf you check the box at this field, you assign a non-accrual status to all customers to which you assign this alert code.

Automatic Charge-OffIf you check the box at this field, the Automatic Charge-Off process charges off all customers to which you assign this alert code.
