Print an In-Shop Order
(In-Shop Work Order)
Access
Use this process to print scheduled, open in-shop
service orders. Work orders that were not printed during service order
creation may be printed, as well as re-prints of orders previously printed.
The printed document includes the storage location of each product being
serviced. Additionally, service parts will be picked/assigned as part
of the document print process.
The
program excludes closed service lines (if any) from the work order document
print process.

is used to indicate the service order number(s) to be printed. Work order
documents may be printed for a single service order, All service orders,
or multiple service orders. Enter a single service order number or click
the Search button to access a
menu of inquiry
screens that can be used to locate the service order number(s) wanted.
You may leave the field blank for All service orders, or click the Action button and select multiple

service orders.
