Print an In-Home Work Order
(In-Home Work Order)
Access
Use this process to print scheduled, open in-home
service orders. Work orders that were not printed during service order
creation may be printed, as well as re-prints of orders previously printed.
The printed document includes the brand of each product being serviced.
Service parts will be picked (assigned ) as part of the document print
process.
The
program excludes closed service lines (if any) from the work order document
print process.
Service Order NumberThis field is used to indicate
the service order number(s) to be printed. Work order documents may be
printed for a single service order, All service orders, or multiple service
orders. Enter a single service order number or click the Search
button to access a menu of inquiry
screens that can be used to locate the service order number(s) wanted.
You may leave the field blank for All service orders, or click the Action button and select multiple
service orders, using the Multiple Order
Selection window. The order(s) entered here must be scheduled In-Home
service orders.
Service LocationEnter
(or select from the drop-down list) a valid service location code. Work
orders to be printed must have been entered at this location.
Include ReprintsCheck
the box at this field to include reprints of service orders previously
printed, in addition to printing orders that were not previously printed.
CoordinatorSelect

orders only for that coordinator, or leave the field blank to print orders
for all coordinators.
Route CodeSelect

orders only for that route, or leave the field blank to print orders for
all service routes.
Date CodeSelect

a specific scheduled service date range (Start and End Date fields),
or select a predetermined Date Code, which will cause the Start and End
Dates to fill in automatically. Valid Date Codes at this field are: CUS (Custom Date), TDAY
(Today), and TMRW (Tomorrow).
Start Date, End DateIf CUS (Custom Dates) was selected
in the Date Code field, enter the starting and ending scheduled service
dates to print orders for a date range. Leave these fields blank to use
the Earliest and Latest scheduled service dates. If a Date Code other

not be available for change.
Document by TechnicianCheck the box at this field
if separate work orders are to be printed for each service technician
on the service order. All service lines for a single technician will be
printed on a single work order. If this field is not checked, a separate

be sorted by technician.
Primary Sort, Secondary SortSelect

are R = Route, C
