Use this screen to create and maintain lists you use frequently, for example lists of distributed purchase orders, transfers, or general ledger accounts.

The read-only version of this screen appears when accessed through a view-only version of the routine, such as View Warehouse/Store Settings. In this version, you may only view the currently designated accessible location(s).

You can edit only one type of list at a time, and the type of list you can edit in a session depends on the routine from which you access this window. The type displays here and the field may or may not be available for change, depending on whether more than one list type is available for the process you are running. For example, if you access this screen from Create a User, the List Type defaults to Accessible Location List and you cannot edit this field.

Possible List Types are:

Accessible Location List
Transfer List
Purchase Order List
GL Distribution List
GL Account List
GL Sub-account List
GL Cost Center List
GL Source List

Enter the code of the list you want to use. To edit a list, click on the Search button and access the List Read-Only Lookup Window from which you can choose a list. Your selection appears, along with its description. If you click on the Actions button and select Maintain List from the menu that appears, you access the Multiple Selection window, from which you can add or delete items from the list.

To create a new list, enter the name of the new list into this field. A message appears asking if you want to create a new record. Click on Yes. The Multiple Selection window appears, where you can specify the items you want to include in your new list.

Enter a description of the list you are creating. If you are editing an existing list, the description defaults into the field. You can edit the default response.

Maintain List - To add or remove items from a list, select this option from the Actions button. The multiple selection window appropriate for that screen displays. For example, if you are maintaining the Accessible Location Lists, the Multiple List Selection Window displays.
