Encompass Credit Application - Co-Applicant

Use this routine to enter and maintain the co-applicant's information.

Main

Social Security NumberEnter the applicant's social security number.  This field is mandatory.
 

Date of BirthEnter the applicant's date of birth.  The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.  This field is mandatory.  
 

Home PhoneEnter the applicant's home phone number.
 

Work PhoneEnter the applicant's work phone number.  
 

Cell PhoneEnter the applicant's cell phone number.
 

 At least one phone number (home, work or cell) must be entered.

EmailEnter the applicant's email address.  This field is optional.  Up to 50 alphanumeric characters can be entered; email address must contain "@" and ".".
 

EmployerEnter the applicant's employer.  This field is mandatory if the application type is set to Civilian or Government.  If it is set to Career Retired Military, it is optional and if it is set to Military, it is inactive.
 

YearsEnter the number of years that the applicant has worked for their current employer. If less than a year, enter the number of months in the Months field.
 

MonthsEnter the number of months that the applicant has worked for their current employer.  Enter a number between 0 and 11.
 

$ ____ Net Monthly IncomeEnter the applicant's net monthly income.  This field is mandatory.
 

Other Income

$ ____ Other Net Monthly IncomeIf the applicant receives other income, enter the amount here.
 

$ ____ Monthly Child Support PaymentIf the applicant is responsible for paying child support, enter the monthly amount here.
 

Military

If the co-applicant is military personnel, use this tab to enter military information.

RankClick the Arrow button to select the applicant's military rank from the drop down list.  This field is mandatory.
 

Branch

EnteredEnter the date that the applicant began their military service.  This field is mandatory.
 

ETS (Expiration Terms of Service)Enter the date that the applicant's service in the military expires/expired.  This field is mandatory.
 

Command/UnitEnter the name of the applicant's commander or unit.  This field is mandatory.
