Use this routine to view additional information on a selected iCall job, and/or edit information on the job such as scheduled date or priority.
Job NumberThe job number of the selected item appears.
Call TypeThe call type of the selected item appears.
Scheduled DateThe scheduled date of the selected item appears. If the call is active, you can edit this field.
Scheduled TimeThe scheduled time of the selected item appears. If the call is active, you can edit this field.
Started DateThe start date of the selected item appears.
Started TimeThe start time of the selected item appears.
Completed DateThe completed date of the selected item appears.
Completed TimeThe completed time of the selected item appears.
Priority
StatusThe status of the selected item appears.
CustomerThe customer associated with the selected item appears.
Order NumberThe order number associated with the selected item appears.
Telephone NumberThe telephone number associated with the selected item appears.
