Schedule Merchandise Receipt Calls

Use this routine to create a queue of iCall jobs to notify customers their back-ordered items are ready for delivery or pickup.
Use the When to Create Backorder Calls field in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings to specify how much of a back order must be received before the program generates calls.
iCall Server NameIf using multiple iCall servers, enter the name of the iCall server for which you want to schedule automatic calls. If not using multiple iCall servers, this field is inactive.
If using multiple iCall servers, when you click on the Arrow, a list of existing iCall servers appears from which you can choose.
When To Schedule Calls
DateEnter the date on which to schedule automatic calls. If you click on the Calendar Icon, a calendar appears from which you can select a date.
TimeEnter the time of day on which you want automatic calls to occur. Enter the time in 24-hour military time format (that is, HH:MM). For example, to run the process at 3:00 P.M., enter 15:00 in this field.
Select Orders
RegionEnter one or more regions for which to schedule calls. If you click on the Arrow, a list of regions appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Region Selection window appears, which you can also use to select one or more regions. This field is active only if Regional Processing is active on your system.
LocationEnter one or more locations for which to schedule calls. If you click on the Arrow, a list of locations appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Location Selection window appears, which you can also use to select one or more locations.
Fill DateEnter the fill date of the orders for which you want to schedule calls. If you click on the Calendar Icon, a calendar appears from which you can select a date. If you leave this field blank, you select the earliest date for which a back-order exists.
