Use this screen to specify your preference for sending iCall messages to customers indicating their back-ordered items have been received into inventory. This screen appears at the of the order-entry process if the following is true:
iCall Voice Processing is active on your system
multiple back-ordered items exist on the order
The Prompt to Initiate Backorder Calls Via Order Entry field is active in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings
The When to Create Back Order Call field in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings is not set to Manual Override.
