Run a Sales Analysis Report

(SABRE Report Run)

Use this program to produce a report created in the Create a Sales Analysis Report process.

Report NameEnter the name of the new report being created or the existing report to be modified. Use the Search option available at this field to locate an existing report name.

DescriptionThe Heading Line 1 description for this report will display following entry of the Report Name.

Suppress ZERO LinesSelect this option to exclude zero lines (all data returns on the line are zero) from the report.     

Date Code, Start Date, End DateIf a date range was established in the selection of the criteria (in Sabre Report Entry), the date code, starting, and ending dates will display. To change the date range on which the report will be based, access the report in Sabre Report Entry and change the date range on the Selection tab When a routine is too large to fit on one screen, it is separated into one or more tabs, so called because they resemble the tabs on filing folders..    

Send Output toThis field indicates where the output of this report is to be sent. To select a different output option, use the Output Settings option from the Actions menu .      

Export PathThis field indicates the computer path (drive, folder, file name) to which the report output will be sent. To select a different path, use the Output Settings option from the Actions menu.

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
