Authorization Display Screen

This screen appears only if your credit card authorization service declines your request for credit card payment authorization. You can attempt to re-enter the credit card payment or use another payment type to enter the payment. Information associated with the transaction appears.  

 If using the First Data (FDNASHVILLE) authorization service, this screen appears for both approvals and declines.

Card TypeThe card type appears.

Card NumberThe card number associated with the credit card payment displays.  Note that the system masks all but the last four digits of the card number.

Expiration DateThe expiration date from the credit card used for the payment displays.  

Payment AmountThe credit card payment amount displays.

Bank ResponseThis field displays the bank's response to your request for authorization of this credit card payment. The text box displays the additional message (if any) from the authorization service.
